Normally, you should first run the test mail before requesting an activation code to ensure that your e-mail is valid and entered correctly. I am behind a proxy, how can I activate Thea license?A. The application cannot handle currently activation if you are behind a proxy, so you will have to do the activation manually by filling your license data and exporting the license file. To do this, you need to go at Misc tab of the License Form window and press the Export Key button.
You can then send the exported text file as an attachment to us (licenseatthearenderdotcom) to send you back an activation license file. Then just import the License file via the License Form window, at Misc. Restart Thea Studio to apply these changes.

In order to be sure that you insert the serial number correctly, the best thing to do is to copy-paste the serial number from the e-mail you received to the License Form window.
